Refund policy

We want you to love your Clipster tie. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the customer will need to cover the full delivery and return shipping costs.
• Length incompatibility is not considered a manufacturing defect.
• If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
