What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unwanted Clipster products within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
🔍 All returns are inspected before processing.
❌ We cannot refund items that are damaged, worn, washed or returned without the packaging box.
⚠ If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the customer will need to cover the full delivery and return shipping costs.
❌ Length incompatibility is not considered a manufacturing defect.
❌ Any customized item can not be returned, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
When will I get my order?
New orders typically take 3–4 working days to arrive.

What is the length of the tie?
Our ties comes with a standard length 53 cm.
Measure the distance from the last button on your shirt near the collar, to the midpoint of your belt.
If the measurement falls anywhere between 52-55 cm, the tile will fit perfectly.
